Refund policy

At Blastria, we want every order to arrive safely and as expected. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through our website.

1. EU Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to a country in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To use your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you must send the product back within 14 days.

Returned items should include all parts, accessories, packaging, manuals, chargers, batteries, and any other items included in the original order.

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. However, if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.

This may include items that are visibly used, scratched, damaged, missing parts, filled with water and used outdoors, or returned in a condition that prevents resale.

2. Return Shipping Costs for EU Withdrawal Returns

For EU change-of-mind returns under the 14-day withdrawal right, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost during return shipping.

Please contact us before sending a return, so we can provide the correct return instructions and return address.

3. Refunds for EU Withdrawal Returns

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

For approved EU withdrawal returns, we will refund the product price and the standard delivery cost, if applicable.

Extra costs for premium, express, priority, or upgraded shipping options are not refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent back.

4. Non-EU Customers

For customers outside the European Union, including Switzerland, returns are generally only accepted if the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts.

If there is an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem
  • Photos of the packaging if the item arrived damaged

Once we review the issue, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation.

This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country.

5. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, contact us as soon as possible.

For verified product issues, we will make it right. Depending on the case, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • A replacement part
  • A repair solution
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund

If a return is required because the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, we will provide return instructions.

6. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We may refuse or reduce a refund where legally permitted if:

  • The item was damaged by misuse, neglect, or improper handling
  • The item has missing parts or accessories
  • The item has been used beyond normal inspection
  • The item was returned without contacting us first
  • The item was not purchased from our website
  • The issue is caused by normal wear and tear

This does not affect any mandatory legal rights that apply to your order.

7. Order Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, and the return rules above will apply.

8. Refused Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If a package cannot be delivered because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or because the package was refused or not collected, additional shipping costs may apply.

Where legally permitted, any costs caused by failed delivery, refused delivery, or return shipping may be deducted from the refund.
